Job summary

Fieldguide is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to own animations across product explainers, brand videos, campaigns, and event content. Remote-first US role within a fast-moving early-stage company.

You’ll translate dense cybersecurity, audit, privacy, and financial-product concepts into clear visual narratives. You’ll establish and evolve the company’s motion system, and collaborate with brand, product marketing, product designers, and video editors from concept through final production.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio showing motion work and visual storytelling.
• Ability to translate technical ideas into clear visuals.
• Experience building consistent visual systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and animate motion graphics for brand videos and campaigns.
• Develop visual language for product in motion, including UI animation and data visuals.
• Own and evolve the motion design system with transitions and iconography.
• Collaborate with brand, product marketing and design through concept to delivery.
• Partner with video editors to layer motion graphics, titles and effects.
