Job summary

Fieldguide is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to own animations, product explainers, and campaign pieces that illuminate our software for assurance and audit practitioners. You will turn dense, technical concepts into visual stories that feel credible and engaging.

You will shape the motion language across UI, data visualization, and typography-driven storytelling, and collaborate with the creative team to elevate our brand—while building a reusable design system for scalable, consistent

Qualifications

Demonstrated portfolio of motion work with visual storytelling and animation craft.
Ability to translate dense product/strategy language into compelling motion.
Strong typography and visual systems thinking across multiple pieces.

Responsibilities

Design and animate motion graphics for brand videos, product explainers, campaigns, and events.
Build the visual language for product ideas in motion: UI animation, data visualization, typography-driven storytelling.
Own and evolve the motion design system: transitions, iconography in motion, animation principles.
Collaborate with brand, product marketing, and design to scope projects from concept through delivery.
Partner with video editors to integrate motion graphics, titles, and effects in hybrid pieces.
