Job summary

SalaryGuide is seeking a senior motion designer in New York to lead end-to-end motion design for brand campaigns, product launches, and promotional assets. You will own projects from concept through final animation, maintaining high visual standards and brand consistency.

You will build reusable templates and motion systems, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate new features into engaging visuals.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of motion design experience with brand campaigns, sizzle reels, and product launches.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro and Figma.
• Strong editorial pacing, composition, typography, and visual brand execution.
• Excellent communication to pitch motion concepts and collaborate with non-technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead motion design and execution for brand campaigns, regional brokerage promotions, and national marketing initiatives from concept to final rendering.
• Build scalable motion systems, templates, and social assets to empower agents and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Creative Director, Producers, and product teams to translate features into engaging product launch videos.
• Maintain visual excellence across all moving assets, pushing typography, timing, and transitions within the Compass aesthetic.
• Thrive in a fast-paced studio, delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines in a collaborative environment.
