You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership, bringing a hands-on approach and a systems mindset to scale creative work in a fast-moving tech environment.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of motion design experience, in-house or at an agency or studio.
• Fluency in After Effects, Cinema 4D or Blender, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience in AI coding tools and building small tools or scripts.
• Hands-on experience with AI video and image generation in production workflows.
• A reel showing motion system work and shipped campaigns; bonus for built tools/workflows.
• Strong timing, rhythm, typography in motion, and storytelling.

• Define and extend the brand's motion language and document it for other teams.
• Create AI-assisted workflows, templates, and generators for on-brand motion.
• Concept and produce motion end to end across campaigns and products.
• Partner with product designers and engineers to bring motion into product surfaces.
• Direct agencies, animators, and freelancers with clear briefs and feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, and leadership across surfaces.
• Move between projects quickly while maintaining a high creative bar.
