Job summary

SpaceXSI is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to shape how the brand moves across campaigns and products. You will lead motion systems, craft the motion language, and collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to elevate brand presence.

This hands-on role requires spinning from concept to final delivery, building reusable processes, and guiding agencies or freelancers when needed. Your work will set the bar for brand motion across the ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in motion design, in-house, agency or studio.
• Proficient in motion systems, timing, typography in motion, and storytelling.
• Fluent with After Effects, Cinema 4D or Blender, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Define and extend the brand's motion language and document it for reuse.
• Create AI-assisted workflows: templates, tools, and generators for on-brand motion at scale.
• Concept and produce motion end to end across campaigns and products.
