You will provide guidance to business groups on implementation, manage pipeline, review income structures, and ensure adherence to policies, risk framework, and regulatory requirements.

8+ years of experience and a related degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years mortgage underwriting experience.
• FHA/VA guidelines experience.
• Experience with web-based approval systems (DU/LP).
• Strong knowledge of credit policies and lending principles.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes new customer credit applications.
• Adjudicates credit and makes lending recommendations.
• Provides guidance on implementation of solutions to assigned business groups.
