Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in loan servicing, strong documentation review, and proficiency in core servicing systems and Excel. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential for this high-accuracy role.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of consumer or mortgage loan servicing experience.
• Knowledge of loan servicing processes, escrow, and investor servicing.
• Proficiency with core loan servicing systems and Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process complex loan servicing transactions including modifications and onboarding.
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Interpret loan docs and product requirements to service loans.
• Monitor insurance and ensure premiums are paid.
• Perform monthly reconciliations for investor portfolios.
• Handle credit bureau disputes via e-OSCAR.
• Support servicing projects and implement process improvements.
• Update servicing procedures to reflect changes.
• Assist customers, attorneys, staff inquiries professionally.
• Serve as backup for critical servicing functions.
