Job summary

RCN Capital, LLC. is seeking a Loan Servicing Modification Specialist to join our Loan Servicing team. The specialist will facilitate modifications on maturing loans and provide courteous customer service to clients both internal and external.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, organization, negotiation ability, and proficiency with MS Office. Training will be onsite initially, with hybrid work up to 3 days remote after the initial period.

Qualifications

• Experience in Loan Servicing or related field is required or preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to input data accurately into multiple software systems.
• Understanding of loan documents and processes is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor loan maturities and related information.
• Negotiate terms with investors and borrowers to extend maturities.
• Respond to borrower inquiries by phone and email in a timely manner.
• Maintain an active loan pipeline and documentation.
• Record all communications and report on collection activity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
