Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and CPA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 10+ years in a senior accounting role within mortgage servicing, including Controller-level experience.
• Experience managing people and leading teams.
• Strong financial reporting and ability to present data to executives.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, investor reporting, MSR valuation, audits, and compliance.
• Understanding of enterprise accounting systems, cash flow operations, and cost structures.
• Advanced proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel/Word/Outlook.
