Job summary

PRMI is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer in Homestead, FL to build a high-producing team while continuing to originate loans.

You will keep your own deals, recruit and coach loan officers, and lead the branch culture and P&L with support from a dedicated processing and back-office team.

Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $220,000 base, plus personal production commissions, branch overrides, and a sign-on bonus; starting salary depends on production history.

Qualifications

• About 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS).
• Hold a Principal Lending license, or can obtain one where state requires it.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Player-coach, senior LO or team lead ready for your own branch.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week and not all day.
• Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
