Job summary

PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager for our Clearwater, FL location. You will continue originating loan deals while building and leading a branch, with processing and back-office support supplied by the company.

You will earn commission on personal production and a branch override, with a competitive base of $80K–$220K and a sign-on bonus. This is an on-site leadership role with no operations cleanup required of you.

Qualifications

• 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) licensing; Principal Lending license or ability to obtain where required.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week and not all day.
• Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
