Qualifications

• Must have mortgage loan processing experience.
• Accurate data entry and file documentation.
• Ability to review 1003 applications for accuracy.
• Knowledge of HUD/closing documentation and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review new loan files within 24-48 hours.
• Log new loans and maintain records for processing.
• Coordinate closing date and location with Originator, lender, and closing agent.
• Prepare stipulation files and review with Loan Originator.
• Follow up to ensure underwriting and funding conditions are cleared.
