• Strong verbal and written communication with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication among customers, loan officers, realtors, settlement agents, and staff to ensure a smooth loan application process.
• Obtain and verify documentation such as Verification of Employment, IRS transcripts, title searches, appraisals, and bank statements.
• Monitor credit reports, appraisals, and income documentation for compliance with product, underwriting, and investor guidelines.
• Prepare commitment letters, review title and homeowners insurance, and assist with closing documentation and processing checklists.
• Identify risk-related issues and escalate to management as needed.
