Qualifications

• 4+ years in residential mortgage lending.
• 4+ years with established referral sources outside branches.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain a large referral network with current clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand referral sources to solicit first mortgages and generate origination volume.
• Collect and analyze applicant's financial information to determine loan eligibility.
• Identify customer needs and recommend loan products with terms and conditions.
• Engage in sales activity to cross-promote other bank services to referral sources.
• Process loan paperwork, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain customer communication.
