Fulton Bank, N.A. is seeking a full-time Mortgage Loan Originator to identify and secure mortgage loans. The role emphasizes building relationships with realtors, builders, and other referral sources while acting on internal leads and external sources.

The position is fully commissioned and can be hybrid based out of Atlantic County, NJ locations. It requires strong prospecting, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer service to guide clients through the loan process.

Qualifications

• Develop strong referral networks to solicit first mortgages.
• Communicate clearly with customers about loan options, risks and benefits.
• Demonstrate persuasive sales skills to generate loan origination.
• Ensure loan activity complies with regulations and internal policies.
