Qualifications

• 1+ years residential mortgage lending experience, including local market.
• 1+ years proven ability to develop referral sources from contacts outside the organization.

Responsibilities

• Solicits first mortgages through realtors, builders, developers, and open houses.
• Analyzes applicants' financial information to determine loan qualification and suitability.
• Advises customers on loan options, terms, and risks, and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Maintains ongoing communication with customers throughout the loan process.
