Pinnacle Mortgage Corp. in Boston is seeking a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer to join our expanding team.

You will leverage our platform with 100+ lending partners and an in-house processing team to deliver exceptional client experiences. You will cultivate relationships with homebuyers, real estate professionals, and referral partners while structuring a wide range of loan products and guiding borrowers from application to closing.

Qualifikationen

• Active NMLS license required.
• Proven success originating residential mortgage loans.
• Existing referral relationships or ability to build a strong pipeline.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and underwriting guidelines.
• Ability to work independently with LOA and processing support.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain relationships with homebuyers, referral partners, and real estate professionals.
• Consult with borrowers to understand financing goals and propose mortgage solutions.
• Structure loans using conventional, government, jumbo, Non-QM, and specialty products.
• Guide borrowers from application to closing.
• Collaborate with LOA and in-house processing to ensure smooth closings.
• Grow business through referrals and company-generated opportunities.
• Stay current on lending guidelines, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
