Job summary

Numerica Credit Union is seeking a Senior Loan Officer in Spokane Valley, WA for the Home Loan Center. The role focuses on proactively soliciting new residential mortgage loans and developing referral networks with Realtors and builders to meet production goals.

You will pre-qualify applicants, obtain documents, and manage loan origination and processing while complying with regulations and policies. The position offers commission and a $42,000 annual draw, with potential for higher earnings

Qualifications

• Five or more years of mortgage sales experience or equivalent.
• Active NMLS license required.

Responsibilities

• Meet mortgage loan production goals set by the department.
• Educate borrowers on mortgage products and obtain required signatures.
• Pre-qualify applicants and determine proper loan programs.
• Coordinate with branch staff to generate loan opportunities.
• Review documents and ensure eligibility per policies.
• Maintain knowledge of BSA/regulatory requirements.
• Cross-sell other credit union services.
• Assist with loan processing and closing as needed.

Education
