Pinnacle Mortgage Corp in Detroit is seeking a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer to join our growing team. You will build relationships with homebuyers, real estate partners, and referral networks while delivering customized mortgage solutions.

Leverage access to 100+ lending partners, LOA support, and an in-house processing team to streamline closings. Stay current on guidelines and market trends while growing your production footprint.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license and a track record of originating residential mortgage loans.
• Existing referral relationships or a plan to build a strong pipeline.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and underwriting guidelines.
• Ability to work independently with LOA and processing support.

Responsibilities

• Consult with borrowers to understand their financing goals and recommend the best mortgage solutions.
• Structure loans using conventional, government, jumbo, Non-QM, and specialty products.

As Pinnacle Mortgage Corp. continues to expand, we are looking to add a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer to our growing Detroit market. This is an opportunity to join an established mortgage platform designed to help experienced originators increase production while spending less time on operational tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with homebuyers, referral partners, and real estate professionals.
• Consult with borrowers to understand their financing goals and recommend the best mortgage solutions.

• Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application through closing.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Senior Loan Officer will have an active NMLS license
• Proven success originating residential mortgage loans.
• Existing referral relationships or the desire to actively build a strong pipeline.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and underwriting guidelines.
• Ability to work independently while leveraging the support of an experienced operations team.
