Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in the Mortgage industry.
• Experience working with multi-state regulatory agencies (managing licenses).
• Strong knowledge of mortgage regulatory requirements across the lifecycle of a loan.
• Experience with remediation activities following a state examination or regulatory inquiry.
• Experience with hiring and developing performance-managing licensing specialists or licensing analysts.
• Experience with mortgage licensing and NMLS administration, maintenance and compliance.
