Qualifications

• Five years of experience in mortgage lending functions.
• Sales experience preferably in the mortgage industry.

Responsibilities

• Generate loans from outside sales calls.
• Meet with prospective borrowers and review their financial information.
• Provide training to newly-hired mortgage loan staff.

Skills

Interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA guidelines

Understanding of RESPA and MDIA compliance

Self-motivation and organization

Education

High school diploma or GED

NMLS registration

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
