Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in residential mortgage lending.
• Experience with FHA/VA and conventional loan products preferred.
• Proven sales capability and ability to develop client relationships.
• Ability to analyze borrower information and explain financial calculations.
• Knowledge of consumer lending regulations and compliance responsibilities.
• Must register as a mortgage loan originator per NMLS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers about financial situations and lending needs.
