Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Issaquah, WA is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the loan journey. You’ll coordinate with bankers, promote mortgage products, and deliver an outstanding customer experience while adhering to regulatory requirements.

The role requires 3+ years of mortgage lending and a strong knowledge of real estate markets, FHA/VA guidelines, and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing efforts (direct mail, ads, cross-sell, relocation programs, statements, Chase.com, newsletters, outbound lead sourcing).
• Develops partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as internal and external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
