Job summary

JPMorgan Chase seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan in Chase Home Lending. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, cross-selling, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The position requires a strong mortgage background, leadership ability, and collaboration with bankers to grow loan originations while complying with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds role as the mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
