• Provide regulatory advice to the residential mortgage lending division and ensure compliance with federal and state laws (e.g., TILA, RESPA, HMDA, TRID, FCRA).
• Update bank policies and procedures in response to regulatory changes.
• Manage HMDA-related activities, including HMDA LAR submission and training curriculum updates.
