Merchants Bancorp in Carmel, IN seeks a Senior Capital Markets Analyst to support daily Secondary Marketing operations, pricing for conventional, government and Jumbo AUS products, and pricing policy communication with investors and clients.

You will own key processes, back up others, and collaborate with hedge advisors, operations and post-closing teams to ensure accurate pricing and profitable liquidity. Strong Excel, pricing engine experience and market data tools are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field.
• MBA, CPA, or CFA desired.
• At least 2 years in secondary marketing or capital markets.
• Fundamental mortgage banking knowledge and pricing/hedging exposure.
• Strong Excel and pricing engine experience; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Support daily Secondary Marketing tasks and pricing for various products.
• Collaborate with hedge advisor firm on interest rate risk management.
• Maintain pricing models and distribute rate sheet pricing to users.
• Analyze best execution and loan sales to investors.
• Manage relationships with investors and monitor trades and settlements.
• Provide profitability and capital markets reporting for management.
