Fairway Home Mortgage seeks a Senior Secondary Marketing Analyst - Analytics to join the analytics team remotely. The role focuses on pricing support, market research, and reporting to manage interest rate risk across the mortgage pipeline.

You will collaborate with capital markets, support agency co-issue transactions, servicing arrangements, and develop pricing tools. A data-driven mindset and strong Excel/SQL skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Secondary Marketing, Capital Markets, mortgage analytics, or related area.
• Understanding of mortgage-backed securities and mortgage industry fundamentals.
• Experience with quantitative analysis and pricing models preferred.
• Interest in MBS trading, pipeline hedging, or mortgage risk management is a plus.
• Progress toward CFA or FRM beneficial but not required.

Responsabilités

• Review and calculate daily loan pricing using internal pricing models.
• Provide pricing and transactional support for agency co-issue transactions and securities.
• Support loan servicing activities, including servicing-retained and servicing-released transactions.
• Configure and maintain secondary marketing systems, including pricing, eligibility, and risk adjustments.
• Develop and enhance pricing tools and models for best-execution analysis and profitability.
• Assist with strategic secondary marketing initiatives and process improvements.
• Analyze pull-through performance and update system configurations to reflect market trends.
• Support daily trading activities through analytical reporting and data validation.
• Identify opportunities to improve analytic models, platforms, and processes.
• Manage relationships with broker-dealers, investors, and third-party vendors.
• Prepare ad hoc reporting and business analysis for management.
