Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Mortgage Banker AVP/VP to support Financial Advisors and clients through the mortgage origination process. Based in Dallas, TX, or other select offices, you will serve as a subject matter expert on jumbo mortgages, complex income and assets, and high-net-worth client scenarios.

You will manage a demanding pipeline, provide consultative guidance, and coordinate with underwriting and risk teams to ensure timely closings while maintaining exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Established track record of developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Extensive knowledge of mortgage products and client service experience.
• Strong understanding of compliance regulations governing consumer mortgage lending.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact and subject matter expert for client interactions and partners.
• Analyze client finances to tailor mortgage solutions and pricing.
• Coordinate with underwriting and credit risk to ensure timely closings and conditions.
• Manage a complex pipeline including ultra high net worth and private wealth mortgage transactions.
• Provide training and guidance to associates and peers as appropriate.
