Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Mortgage Consultant to serve Financial Advisors and high-net-worth clients through the home loan origination cycle. The role emphasizes jumbo mortgages, complex income/assets, and an elevated client experience.

Based in Dallas, TX or Tempe, AZ, the MC collaborates with Private Bankers and Mortgage Specialists to ensure timely, compliant loan processing and optimal product choices for clients.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of mortgage products and client service experience.
• In-depth knowledge of consumer lending regulations (RESPA, TRID, privacy).
• Strong written and verbal communication; interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with ownership and time-management abilities.
• Experience with relationship management in sales or operations.

Responsibilities

• Build deep relationships with Financial Advisors and Personal Bankers to meet mortgage needs.
• Support complex/branch level coverage and grow market share via referrals.
• Provide best rate execution and proper product selection for clients.
• Own the client experience through loan registration and accurate applications.
• Collaborate with Private Bankers to reach growth targets and manage pipelines.
