Job summary

Morgan Stanley is hiring a Senior Mortgage Consultant for the Home Loans team. You will leverage in-depth knowledge to serve Financial Advisors and affluent clients throughout the mortgage origination process.

The role focuses on jumbo mortgages and complex income/assets, requiring engagement with high-net-worth clients and their advisors. Base office options include Dallas, TX or Tempe, AZ, with a strong emphasis on ownership, teamwork and exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of private wealth experience (Sales and/or Operations preferred).
• Experience in client relationship management roles.
• Proven track record of meeting individual and organizational production goals.
• Eligible for employment with an FDIC-insured institution and NMLS registration.

Responsibilities

• Form deep working relationships with Financial Advisors and Personal Bankers and provide expert advice.
• Grow market share through business referrals and complex / branch coverage.
• Offer best rate execution and proper product selection for clients.
• Own the client experience up to loan registration and follow up on referrals.
• Collaborate with Private Bankers and Mortgage Specialist Team to ensure timely transfers.
