Job summary

First American is seeking a Mortgage Servicing Analyst to support Year End and regulatory reporting. You will conduct data validation, reconciliation, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance across IRS forms and related processes.

You will partner with Operations, Technology, Compliance, and vendors to resolve issues, document requirements and develop audit-ready procedures. A BS degree and 4–8 years in mortgage servicing are preferred; strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically requires 4-8 years of directly related experience.
• Mortgage servicing experience with Year End or regulatory reporting exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduits business process evaluations to identify requirements, gaps, and risks.
• Support mortgage servicing Year End and regulatory reporting including IRS forms.
• Perform complex analysis and reconciliation to validate reporting accuracy.
• Define requirements and participate in solution design, testing, and validation.
• Develop and maintain audit-ready documentation and controls.
• Collaborate with Technology, Compliance, Operations, and vendors to resolve issues.
