Job summary

Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to transform mortgage and business data into actionable insights for MPF leadership. You will build scalable analytics, dashboards, and reporting that support strategic decisions and risk monitoring across the national loan portfolio.

Collaborate with Risk, Finance, BI, Data Management, and Mortgage Operations to deliver timely analyses, drive process improvements, and present findings to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, financial analysis, or a related analytical discipline.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
• Experience translating large datasets into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with BI dashboards (Tableau/Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio analytics for MPF with dashboards and scorecards.
• Analyze mortgage performance and risks across MPF portfolio.
• Present analytical findings to senior management and stakeholders.
