Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking a Mortgage Business Analyst to provide analytical support to the Mortgage division, enable effective pipeline management, and drive data‑driven decisions. You will collaborate with Mortgage Senior Leaders to develop and distribute key reporting and insights.

As CRM administrator, you will partner with Marketing and other departments to optimize CRM usage, lead future enhancements, and ensure accurate staffing models based on volume forecasts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Mortgage industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to Mortgage Senior Leadership by mining and analyzing mortgage pipeline data and historical production/performance.
• Collaborate with Mortgage Senior Leaders to develop and distribute key performance reports.
• Serve as the internal administrator for the Mortgage CRM platform and optimize usage and integration.
• Monitor CRM usage and provide performance optics to Mortgage Leadership; lead Salesforce integration efforts.
• Support Leadership with administrative tasks and pipeline oversight; manage distribution of mortgage inquiries.
