Job summary

Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago is seeking a senior leader to head the mortgage analytics and insights function, shaping strategic direction for MPF, mortgage loan, and market data. You will partner with senior leaders to drive enterprise-wide decisions and manage risk in a dynamic housing finance environment.

You will build and mentor a multi-level team, develop advanced analytics and automation capabilities, oversee regulatory reporting to FHFA and rating agencies, and communicate insights

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressive analytical leadership experience in mortgage analytics.
• Experience analyzing mortgage loan portfolios or mortgage-backed securities.
• Strong ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for executives and boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mortgage analytics and insights function and set vision for the team.
• Analyze MPF program and mortgage market data to inform strategy and risk management.
• Develop advanced analytics, data science, and automation capabilities.
