Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking a Mortgage Business Analyst to deliver analytical support for mortgage pipeline management and data-driven decisions. You will partner with Mortgage Senior Leaders to develop and distribute key performance reports and serve as the primary administrator for CRM systems, ensuring optimal usage and integration.

The role focuses on actionable insights, external data benchmarking, and centralized reporting to streamline operations and support leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Mortgage industry experience.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization and implementation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to Mortgage division for pipeline management and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Mortgage senior leaders to develop and distribute KPI reports.
• Administer CRM systems and coordinate with Marketing for campaigns and integration.
• Maintain staffing models based on volume forecasts and data sources.
