Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of mortgage lending and sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meeting customers and introducing clients to bankers for additional products.
• Partners with the team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops partnerships to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Positions JPMorgan Chase as the mortgage expert and provides consultative financial advice.
