Job summary

You will leverage deep product knowledge to answer questions and promote suitable mortgage solutions.

You will mentor branch staff, collaborate with bankers, and help create an outstanding customer experience through targeted marketing and cross-sell efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors branch team by providing training on mortgage products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets customers, and introduces clients to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates on marketing to create an outstanding customer experience.
• Develops partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations.
• Maintains relationships with customers as mortgage expert.
• Provides consultative financial recommendations based on customer needs.
