Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to join its Home Lending team. You will be the primary contact for clients throughout the life of the loan, guiding them from application to closing with a consultative, customer-first approach.

You will coach branch teams, collaborate with bankers, and leverage Chase's marketing resources to grow origination volumes while maintaining compliance with Dodd-Frank and NMLS requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and outreach efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds role as the mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
