• Supervisory and personnel management authority and resource alignment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, plan, and evaluate on-site monitoring visits and reviews to assess provider compliance.
• Identify deficiencies and ensure the quality and safety of services to children and/or refugee populations.
• Interpret, apply, and enforce policies, procedures, statutes, regulations, cooperative agreements, contracts, licensing standards, and grant terms.
• Provide full supervisory and personnel management authority, including prioritizing work and evaluating performance.
