Job summary

Acelero Learning in South Carolina (HQ in Aiken) seeks a Coordinator, Monitoring & Compliance to lead ongoing monitoring and ensure high-quality, accountable program operations. You will partner with Center Directors and service-area leaders to meet Head Start standards, licensing, and organizational policies.

You will use data, observation, and collaboration to identify risks, strengthen practices, and support leaders in resolving findings for sustained improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a related field and regulatory understanding.
• Experience interpreting and applying regulatory standards and monitoring processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, project-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to identify systemic risks and translate findings into practice.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships while maintaining accountability.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and data-management tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ongoing monitoring activities, schedules, tools, documentation, reporting and follow-up.
• Conduct center visits, program reviews and record reviews to assess compliance.
• Ensure licenses, permits and documentation are current and audit-ready.
• Coordinate follow-up related to licensing visits, audits and regulatory assessments.
• Monitor accidents and incidents; ensure reporting and follow-up.
• Maintain relationships with state licensing specialists and regulators.
