Qualifications

• PhD in life sciences required; 4+ years post-doc or industry experience.
• Proven expertise in a wide range of molecular biology techniques.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and troubleshoot molecular biology experiments including cloning, PCR, qPCR, Western blotting, and cell culture.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data; formulate hypotheses.
• Develop and optimize novel molecular assays and protocols.
• Collaborate with scientists to achieve project goals and share knowledge.
• Maintain lab notebooks and contribute to reports and publications.
• Mentor junior research staff.
