The role combines hands-on lab work with leadership, project management, and collaboration across institutions to push the boundaries of molecular biology and elevate the company’s scientific output.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Genetics, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated track record of significant research accomplishments and publications in leading journals.
• Minimum of 7 years of independent research experience, including experience leading a lab or research team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of researchers in designing, executing, and interpreting experiments related to molecular mechanisms.
• Develop and implement strategic research plans aligned with the company's scientific objectives.
• Independently design and conduct complex experiments, troubleshooting and optimizing protocols as needed.
• Secure external funding through competitive grant applications and foster collaborations with academic institutions.
• Author high-impact publications in peer-reviewed journals and present findings at international conferences.
• Ensure compliance with all laboratory safety regulations and ethical guidelines.
