Qualifications
- 5+ years in mold manufacturing or precision tooling.
- Experience with CAD/CAM programming and ERP systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer RFQs and develop accurate tooling quotations.
- Lead project execution from kickoff to delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across machining, design, purchasing, and production.
