AllSearch Professional Staffing is seeking an experienced Mold Maker to join the Tooling team in Chaska, MN. This hands-on role focuses on building, repairing, and improving high-precision production molds in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of a technical training program or apprenticeship in mold fabrication or tool making.
• 5+ years of experience in Mold Making.
• 3+ years of experience with production molds.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Fabricate and repair precision mold components.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of molds.
• Operate precision machining equipment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
