A premier precision mold manufacturer in the Minneapolis area seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex mold manufacturing projects from quoting to delivery. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on quality and continuous improvement. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in mold manufacturing, technical expertise in CAD/CAM programming, and strong leadership skills. Qualifications

• 5+ years in mold manufacturing or precision tooling.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer RFQs and develop accurate tooling quotations.
• Lead project execution from kickoff to delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across machining, design, purchasing, and production.
• Manage scheduling, routing, requisitions, and buyouts.
• Oversee CAD/CAM programming (vertical CNC mills) and inspection (CMM/manual).
• Support process development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as primary contact with customers and vendors.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead technical programs from quote through completion—driving performance, quality, and continuous improvement across the organization.
