Job summary

G&F Precision Molding Inc. is seeking a Mold Maker A to maintain injection molds used for producing large quantities of medical devices. The role focuses on sustaining production, quality, and compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The position requires at least 5 years of experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work onsite in Fiskdale, MA on a day shift. ISO 9001/13485 knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mold making or related field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate Production to stay on schedule.
• Manage systems with Formation/IQMS.
• Develop preventive maintenance, repair schedules and workflows to maximize machine utilization.
• Collaborate with technicians to complete all work orders.
• Maintain team performance to ensure smooth operation.
• Proactively gather information to decide immediate actions.
• Coach and train team members to improve capabilities.
• Ensure safety and quality management compliance.
