The role involves coordinating with production, scheduling preventive maintenance, and working with technicians to complete work orders in a cleanroom environment. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience, a high school diploma (trade school preferred), and familiarity with ISO 9001/13485.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in molding or similar.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 systems preferred.
• Ability to read instructions and diagnose repairs.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate Production: Work with Production to stay on schedule.
• Systems Management: Log in with IQMS.
• Schedule Optimization: Develop maintenance and repair schedules.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with technicians to complete work orders.
• Team Performance: Work as a team to keep things running.
• Problem Solve: Gather info to decide on immediate actions.
• Drive Excellence: Coach and train team members.
• Quality & Safety: Follow safety and quality systems.
