Job summary

G&F Precision Molding Inc is seeking a Mold Maker A to support the onsite Fiskdale, MA facility. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing injection molds for high-volume medical devices, with an expectation of collaboration with production to meet schedules.

Candidates should have 5+ years in mold making, a trade/technical school diploma, and familiarity with ISO 9001/13485. English communication is required, and overtime may be necessary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma – Trade Technical School, preferred or Equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in mold making or related field.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 systems preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Diagnoses problems and determines repairs; documents hours for tools and projects.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate production with the team to stay on schedule.
• Log in using IQMS and Formation systems to track work.
• Develop preventative maintenance and repair schedules to maximize machine utilization.
• Collaborate with technicians to complete work orders.
• Coach and train team members to improve capabilities and safety.
