Job summary

RealmOne is seeking Measure of Effectiveness officers to lead qualitative research and program evaluation for a key USG client. The role involves designing multi-faceted research plans, collecting and analyzing data, and communicating findings to senior leadership.

The MOE officer will interact with senior stakeholders and translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve mission delivery. Positions are for all levels, with qualifications spanning bachelor’s degree and 2–7+ years of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, social science, or behavioral science.
• Seven (7) years’ experience contributing to analysis activities or five (5) years in Level 2, and two (2) years in Level 1.
• Experience in marketing analytics, public opinion research, behavioral analytics, data visualization, or data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead research design, data collection, and data analysis activities.
• Produce and implement recommendations to optimize project delivery for the client.
• Interact with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior levels.
• Brief senior-level customers on plans, status, findings, and recommendations.
