Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking an experienced Module Integration Engineer (MIE) to drive FEOL integration for Nanosheet/Polycrystalline Gate (NS/PC) in the 2nm GAA program. The role focuses on module health, yield, and defect investigations in a fast-paced fab environment on-site in Austin.

You will own module integration for specified process steps, lead design of experiments, coordinate with FE, MFG, QR teams, and report to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FEOL related integration or unit process groups.
• Experience with GAA or NS/PC processes is preferred.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics.

Responsibilities

• Own Module Integration for specified segments within the Process flow.
• Lead defects and yield investigations with DOE and team execution.
• Maintain CD targets and control variation within the Module.
• Coordinate root cause investigations for excursion materials.
• Transfer advanced tech nodes from HQ.
